Google Keep Web App Adds Essential Text Formatting Features

Google Keep, the popular note-taking service, has expanded its text formatting capabilities to the web version, nearly two years after introducing them on Android devices. This update is currently rolling out to users across Google Workspace, Workspace Individual, and personal Google accounts, enhancing the web app's functionality and user experience.

The new formatting options are accessible via an underlined “A” icon located in the bottom left corner of the updated text editor. Users can now apply bold, italic, and underline styles, remove formatting, and convert regular text into heading styles such as H1 and H2. This addition allows for better organization and structuring of notes directly within the web interface.
