The critical catch is the rising demand for AI expertise. A recent survey found that 87% of hiring leaders value AI experience, and nearly 25% of all job postings now require AI skills. This trend underscores the need for aspiring tech professionals to develop competencies in artificial intelligence to remain competitive.
