Visible's New Wireless Plan Outshines Verizon's Offerings

In a surprising twist in the wireless industry, Visible, a budget brand under Verizon, has unveiled a new premium plan that offers more features at a lower cost compared to its parent company's offerings. The Visible Plus Pro plan, priced at $45 per month, provides unlimited 5G Ultrawideband data without any throttling, a significant advantage over Verizon's entry-level Unlimited Welcome plan, which starts at $65 and lacks 5G UW access.

This new plan from Visible also includes unlimited hotspot usage at speeds up to 15 Mbps, 4K video streaming, and service for one cellular smartwatch, features that Verizon's basic plan does not offer without additional charges. Typically, lower-cost carriers and MVNOs impose data prioritization limits, but Visible's Plus and Plus Pro plans are free from such restrictions, ensuring consistent service quality.

The potential concern with such budget plans is often network prioritization. However, according to Android Authority's analysis, Visible's premium plan might even enjoy a higher-priority Quality of Service Class Indicator (QCI) than Verizon's Unlimited Welcome plan, although confirmation from Verizon is awaited.
