However, recent experiences have led to a growing frustration with technology that was once a source of joy.

The Xbox Series X and PS5 promise immersive experiences, but the constant need for updates and patches can dampen the excitement. Connection issues and synchronization problems disrupt the listening experience, turning what should be seamless into a source of irritation. Even the Apple HomePod, with its impressive sound quality, struggles with connectivity issues that make using it more of a hassle than a pleasure.

In contrast, the simplicity of a vinyl record player has been a refreshing change. There's a certain satisfaction in the tactile experience of playing records, free from the connectivity issues that plague modern devices. This return to a more straightforward form of technology has been a revelation, offering a reliable and enjoyable way to engage with music.

The frustration with modern technology isn't about a desire to return to the past. It's about wanting technology to work as intended, providing the seamless and efficient experiences promised. The constant updates, software bugs, and unfinished products have turned what should be a source of convenience into a source of annoyance.
