Gamefam is launching the Karate Kid Training Simulator on Roblox, an immersive game experience tied to the upcoming film Karate Kid: Legends. Players can train alongside iconic characters like Daniel LaRusso and Mr. Han in recognizable settings such as the streets of New York, the rooftop dojo, and Victory Pizza.

The simulator enables players to learn and master karate moves, compete against others, and complete weekly quests inspired by the movie. Successful players earn unique movie-themed avatar rewards, including a bonsai tree head, bandana, Victory Pizza Box Backpack, and a Karate Kid: Legends Trophy Popcorn Bucket hat.

Ricardo Briceno, Gamefam’s chief business officer, emphasized the importance of engaging Gen Z and Alpha audiences by appearing in the digital worlds where they socialize and play. Roblox serves as a critical platform for building cultural relevance ahead of major theatrical releases like Karate Kid: Legends.

To amplify awareness, Gamefam is launching an influencer campaign featuring top Roblox creators and utilizing Roblox’s advertising solutions such as video ads, billboard ads, and a premium homepage takeover. The game will be available for free across consoles, PCs, mobile devices, and tablets starting May 2, 2025.

Karate Kid: Legends, releasing in theaters on May 30, 2025, tells a new story centered on kung fu prodigy Li Fong, who moves to New York City and trains under legendary masters to prepare for an ultimate karate competition. The film stars Jackie Chan, Ralph Macchio, and Ben Wang.
