Epic Games Empowers Fortnite Creators with AI NPCs and New Franchise Assets

Epic Games is revolutionizing Fortnite content creation by introducing AI-powered non-player characters (NPCs) that creators can customize with distinct personalities and voice chat capabilities. This innovation was showcased at the State of Unreal event, highlighting the potential for more immersive and interactive gameplay experiences.

Using the Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), creators will soon be able to define NPC voices, delivery styles, and character traits, enabling dynamic conversations with players.
