Castle Duels Surpasses $1M Monthly Revenue with New Strategic Update

My.Games’ strategy game Castle Duels has reached a significant milestone, generating over $1 million in monthly revenue for both March and April 2024. This achievement reflects steady growth and sustained player interest since the game’s launch earlier this year.

Since its release, Castle Duels has surpassed 2.6 million installs and amassed over $6 million in lifetime revenue. The game’s core gameplay revolves around balancing offensive and defensive tactics, where players engage in fast-paced, real-time combat to destroy enemy castles while defending their own.

Players summon a variety of units, including mages, minotaurs, ghosts, and succubi, through a dynamic card-based system. With over 30 unique units ranging from common to legendary, players can build personalized teams and develop strategic approaches to outsmart opponents.

Aleksei Moshkovich, lead project manager at My.Games, expressed excitement about the game’s rapid growth and thanked the community for their support. He emphasized that this milestone marks only the beginning, with many exciting updates planned to enhance the player experience.

Introducing Glyphs and the Legendary Chef Unit

To celebrate its success, Castle Duels has launched a major update featuring Glyphs, a new gameplay mechanic that adds depth to strategy. Glyphs are enhancements for Legendary units available in Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary tiers. They boost stats, unlock passive abilities, and enhance unit powers, allowing players to customize their units for battlefield dominance.

Players equip Glyphs by unlocking sockets with Minerals and Gold, then spinning for a random Glyph, introducing an element of chance and strategy in unit customization.

The update also introduces the Chef, a new Legendary unit known for fast, unpredictable attacks. The Chef specializes in dodging enemy blows and delivering rapid dashes that deal massive damage. His special seasoning ability debuffs enemies, and his lightning dash can strike twice, making him a formidable addition to any team.

Available for a limited time during the Starseeking event, the Chef unit adds a fresh dynamic to gameplay, encouraging players to experiment with new strategies and team compositions.
